PAYMENT AND SECURITY

Online orders are processed by PayPal (Visa, Master Card, American Express),

which guarantees the absolute safety of all shopping cart transactions carried out on Buygreenonline.ca We ship anywhere in Canada.

SHIPPING:

Orders are processed within 48 hours of the receipt acknowledgement. Canada Post’s expedited service takes 2 to 5 business days.. However, please note that legal holidays that fall on the weekend may be moved, at our discretion, to the previous Friday or the following Monday. A tracking number is automatically sent to you. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact-us.

For example: if you place an order on Friday, your order will be processed by the following Tuesday, at the latest.

SHIPPING COSTS

All orders are shipped via Canada Post’s expedited service or MaxPak Envelopp with Dicom Express (Quebec, Ontario). We process the orders ourselves and give you a tracking number in accordance with PayPal’s Terms and Conditions. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

All other provinces: $ 9.95

SALES TAXES

Sales taxes will be applied on taxable products in accordance with the governing laws.

Sales taxes are calculated according to the end destination and not their shipping point.

Québec GST 5% + PST 8.5%

Ontario : 13%

British Colombia: 12%

Alberta, Manitoba,  Saskatchewan taxes: 5%

New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador taxes: 13%

EXCHANGES AND REFUND

In the case of a defective product, you must ask for a return authorization by e-mail, contact-us, and supplying the following information: name and description of the product, quantity to be returned, invoice number and date, reason for exchange or refund. Once we have received the merchandise, you will be sent a confirmation that your request is being processed. Shipping costs are not refundable. We accept returns within thirty (30) days of the shipping date. Manufacturers’ guarantees apply.

NON-RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE

Unfortunately, certain products cannot be returned:

There is no exchange or refund for hygenic products, bedding products, clothing or fabric that has been worn or washed, personal products that were used, sales or clearance items, seasonal products (i.e. seeds). For all certified Organic Products they must be return in their original packaging and scelled.

Please note that the afore-mentioned do not include defective products under the manufacturer warranty, which may be returned according to our returns policy.

PRICE POLICY

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellations must be made before the goods are shipped. If the cancellation is made once the goods have already shipped, you must return the order at your expense and the refund will be issued once the goods have been received and checked. Please contact-us of your wish to cancel your order as soon as possible.

BACK ORDER

If a product is on backorder or sold out, a message to this effect will appear at the time of the order.
